A Sao Tomense lady sells a fruit called Jaca, in the market in the city of Sao Tom?. The fruit was originally from Brazil. It weighs on average between 3-5 kilos. It requires a distinct process to eat it. It is full of seeds the size of nuts that must removed aswell as a very sticky gum. The fruit is sweek and yellow and very tender. Sao Tom? and Princip? is Africa's second smallest country with a population of 193 000. It consists of two mountainous islands in the Gulf of New Guinea, straddling the equator, west of Gabon.
