Western rockhopper penguin (Eudyptes chrysocome). This penguin is characterised by a distinctive yellow eye-brow, extending from over the base of its bill back behind the eye, and ending as long, yellow plumes. The rockhopper penguin, the smallest of the crested penguins, lives on sub-Antarctic islands. It can leap up to 2 metres from rock to rock, and uses its stubby wings to propel it through the water while hunting fish and krill. Photographed on the Falkland Islands.
