Moore Point Lighthouse, the first tower entirely of steel built on the Australian mainland, and the oldest surviving Commonwealth lighthouse in WA, the steel segments came from England in 1877 and were bolted together on foundations that had had to be moved as they were in the wrong place, the tower is 34 m tall, Geraldton, Mid West region, Western Australia
