Numbers and colour-coding indicate the time zones. Examples are Chad (central Africa) in time zone UTC+1, Moscow at UTC+3, China at UTC+8, and New York at UTC-5. Some areas have fractional time zones (India, UTC+5.5; central Australia, UTC+9.5; Venezuela, UTC-4.5).
