The Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Exhibition, opened at Olympia today by Mr Harold Wilson, President of the Board of Trade, shows many advantages in the preparation of food, brought about by the introduction of science in the kitchen. Three hundred entrants from countries including the USA, France, South America, Spain, Hawaii, Czechoslovakia, and Australia, vied with each other in an international contest to find the world's best cocktaill.
