One of the psychic photographs obtained by Raymond Welsh and his wife Margarety E. W. Fleming. They were made without using film or camera: by holding a piece of photographic paper and concentrating on the picture desired. This was done in a dark room, the paper then exposed to 60-watt white bulb for quick count of two, and then immersed in developer. When picure started to form it was removed, rinsed in clear water, then put into hypo for 10 mins. This photograph obtained 28th October 1954. For ore details see Margaret E. W. Fleming, 'The Man in the Polka Dot Tie and Other Strangers', Fate magazine, June 1976.. - 固opFoto / Fortean
