Maits Desbens , counsel for the three men Papsichil , Kralj and Raitch , who are on trial at Aix en Provence , France , for complicity in murdrof King Alexandra of Jugoslavia , was expelled from the French Bar following various incidenst in the court . The president judge announced that the court had decided to expel Maitre Desbons for his ' indecent and outrageous attacks on the magistrates ' and asked him to leave the court . Maitre Desboss retorted that he would not go unless he was expelled by force , but after he had shaken hands with the three prisoners he was led out by police officials . The disbarment , of a barrister , which is almost without prcedent prevents him from exercisingthe profession of barrister throughout France .
