India delegation to Peace Conference holds Paris reception. The Indian delegation to the Peace Conference at the Palais du Luxembourg in Paris is given a reception to delegates from other countries. They were received at the Royal Monceau Hotel by the Head of the Indian delegation, Sir Samuel Runganadhan.
