Inscribed stoneor kyauksa at the Kuthodaw Pagoda; Mandalay; Myanmar. The entire Tipitaka Pali canon of Theravada Buddhism is set on 729 marble slabs; each with 80 to 100 lines of text; originally in gold ink; on both the obverse and the reverse sides.
