Ken Livingstone (Kenneth Robert Livingstone, b 1945), British Labour politician. Seen here in front of the GLC premises at County Hall, London, with the Flying Pickets, British pop group founded by Brian Hibbard in 1982, taking their name from mobile strikers who travel from one picket line to another -- the group came to fame during the 1984 Miners' Strike. The group were taking part in a GLC 'Jobs for a Change Festival'.
