Spain - San Sebastian - The Monte Ulia Funicular Shuttle Arrives at the Station. This open cable car was opened on September 30, 1907 and was designed by Leonardo Torres y Quevedo (1852-1936). This was the first cableway suitable for the public transportation of people.
