Duisburg; Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord (LaPaNo or popularly "Landi"); the site of the former steelworks of Rheinische Stahlwerke AG (Rheinstahl; Thyssen AG after 1973/1975) is opened after the closure of the last blast furnace in 1985 as part of the Emscher Park International Building Exhibition in 1990 -1999 converted into a landscape park after the plans of the landscape architect Peter Latz + Partner.
