It takes over 11 years and 315 days to orbit the Sun but only just under 10 hours to rotate around its own axis. The speed of this rotation causes the planet to bulge at the equator. Its axis of rotation is almost vertical to the plane of its orbit and so neither hemisphere is ever tilted towards the Sun, meaning that it does not experience seasons.
