A hospital-based emergency service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and covers an entire region. Intervention by SMUR emergency workers following a stab wound. The victim is in serious condition that requires urgent transport to hospital. On arrival at the hospital, the patient is directly taken care of by the teams of the DAR Department of Anesthesia and Resuscitation of severe polytraumatized patients at Montpellier Hospital.
