Lightning art. Artist Dave Archer using a 1.5 million volt electric discharge to create a work of art. Archer uses the output from a tesla coil to create the discharge. The current flow spreads paint across a sheet of glass to create images of nebulae in his space art. Archer later paints in planets, etc., using traditional techniques.
