Galviharaya, Uththararamaya, Polonnaruwa is famous for its three Buddha Statues, carved in a Granite Gneiss rock. Three portraits of Lord Buddha; seated, reclined and standing are live like. The sculptures smartness can be seen through the soft, translucent sivura. The fleets of the sivura like waves of the sea. Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka.
