It forms and lives in vase_like or tubular cases attached to a plant or animal substrate. It has a trumpet_like opening centre surrounded by a rim of cilia that beat to draw food inside its gullet. This beating action and food particles being drawn towards the opening, is shown in this footage. The green colour comes from symbiotic green algae zoochlorellae.
