Sawtooth grain beetle (Oryzaephilus surinamensis) infestation of rolled oats. These tiny beetles measure just 3 mm and can be identified by the six barely visible saw-like projections on each side of the thorax. They occur throughout the world and are known to infest cereals, bread, macaroni as well as many other products.
