Lightning strikes concentrated in a portion of a larger storm system. This is a montage of clips taken over a five-minute period, and shows the randomness of cloud-to-ground lightning strikes from a single storm cell. Typically the location of the next strike in storm can be five or more kilometres away from the first, making it very hard to time the approach of a cell. Filmed in Colorado, USA, in summer.
