The skeleton of an Inca mummy lies in a cave on Cerro Tunupa overlooking the northern shore of the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat in the world. In front of the mummy are ranged ceramic pots. Local people go to the cave to make offerings to Pachamama, Mother Goddess of the Earth. They place coca leaves and other gifts in the pots and at the same time smoke cocaine cigarettes.
