The tidal change around Chichagof Island in Alaska can range from 15 to 20 feet in deference from low to high. There are 4 tides a day, two high and two low, and the low tide reveals some amazing specimens. Kelp, algae, blue mussel, jellyfish, and crab are only a few specimens in this unique ecosystem.
