Cyclosporine. Molecular model of the drug cyclosporine (C62.H111.N11.O12). This ophthalmic emulsion, sold under the brand name Restasis, is used to increase tear production in patients whose tear production is presumed to be suppressed due to ocular inflammation associated with dry eye syndrome.
