Lenin at the II Congress Of the Communist International held in Moscow in July-August, 1920. The II Congress of the Communist International met first in Leningrad and then in Moscow in July, August, 1920. It was attended by the representatives of 37 countries. By the time the Congress met, Lenin wrote the book 'left-wing' Communism, an Infantile Disorder. Then he addressed the Congress with a report on the international situation and the main task of the Communist International. He took an active part in the work of most of the Congress commissions.
