Guests at a fashionable salon; all wearing extravagent fur-lined clothes; jackets; dresses and pelisses. By the early 19th century; fur lined and trimmed cloaks; coats and jackets were all the rage. Once; or rather in the past; we saw only bare shoulders and arms. Today; decked out in witzchouras (fur cloaks) and fur caps; ladies show barely the tips of their noses.
