Vancouver B. Columbia: Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother smiles happily as crowds lining the streets of Vancouver in streaming rain sheer her with enthusiasm. With her in the car is the Lieutenant-Governor of British Columbia, Mr Frank M, Ross, who greeted the Queen Mother at the airport. She is on a journey to New Zealand by plane, and made her first stop-over in Quebec.
