Special anthems were sung by the Archbishop of Canterbury's ladies' choir in honour of one of their members when the Hon Mary O'Neill was married to Mr Ernest Gascoigne - Miss O'Neill has been a member of this choir for some time - Lord O'Neill gave his sister away - the bridegroom is the son of Brig Gen Sir Frederick and Lady Gascoigne - the ceremony took place at the Church of St Bartholomew the Great in Smithfield - photo shows the bride and groom April 4th 1934
