A patient who is over nine feet in height and who weights 31 stone has set a " giant " problem in nursing and accommodation for the staff of St Peter's Hospital , Chertsey , Surrey . He is Mr Ernest Evans , 25 , of Englefield Green , Surrey and he is undergoing a minor knee operation .
