Girl escapes from collapsed house. 13-year-old Olive Deasy, of Kinsale,Co,Cork, had an amazing escape when the house in which she and her family were living, claps during the night. Other members of the family have heard warning cracks in the masonry and were able to get out into the street, but Olive were still inside. When the walls gave an part of the sidewalls and back at the house tumbled in on her. Rescuers, who toiled in the debris for one and a half hours before locating the girl found that bed spring had fallen on her and had saved her from serious injury. The girl is now recovering from shock and bruises as a neighbours house.
