Free holiday is reward for miner's increased output. Relaxing on a free holiday at Newquay, Cornwall, are Mr and Mrs Edwin Jones, of Augusta Street, Ton Pentre, Glammrganshire, South Wales. Mr Jones a miner at Park and Dare Colliery, was adjudged by his fellow workers as having made the greatest single contribution to increased output during the four week period since the introduction of the five day week. he is 54 years of age and has been a mier for 35 years.
