Marriage reunion service at Brompton. The Rev Bryan Green, vicar of Holy Trinity, Brompton, held his annual reunion service for the 1600 couples that he has married in his church since he became vicar nine years ago, this morning (Sunday). There was a large attendance at the service with couples coming from all parts of the country. For parents, there was a place set aside in a crash in the crypt for their children. The Reg Green, who is 46 and married with two children, believes in keeping in touch with the couples. He is married by writing to them at least four times a year. Some other replys come from as far away as South Africa and Malaya. Photo shows, some of the children belonging to parents who were married at Holy Trinity, kept use in the crypt of the church while the 'reunion service' is held this morning (Sunday).. 19 October 1947.
