Blind boy is pianist at three. Legal and child welfare experts are to be consulted to see with a blind three-year-old Bristol boy, Paul Peacock, who is shown phenomenal musical prowess, may be allowed to appear at public performances. Anxious to launch him on a concert career of the boys and girls of the Bedminster Odeon, Bristol, Cinema Club. Paul, whose father is a fitter at a local engineering works, has never had any instruction in music. Blind from birth, listens to the radio, he is a true and he likes, then goes to an organ in the next room and plays it. Today at a neighbours piano, some of his boy and girl friends heard him go through a repertoire which included the Warsaw Concerto, 'Bless This House', and 'Silent night'.
