This type of bread comes traditionally consumed during the lunch of Jewish Passover; celebrated the fifteenth day of Nisan; in March or April. This ancient festivity celebrates the exodus of the Hebrew from the slavery of Egypt; that it lead to the creation of the Jewish nation.
