Mont St Michel, Normandy, France - Sheep moving from their grazing ground on the salt meadows around Mont Saint Michel (Les Pres Sales) and accordingly the meat of the lambs/sheep has a wonderful flavour to it. It can be eaten in the restaurants of Mont St Michel itself.
