Band Members - Boys Blind Band - Fuzhou, the capital and one of the largest cities in Fujian province, People's Republic of China. Interestingly (in relation to this card) the counties of Fuzhou are considered to constitute the Mindong linguistic and cultural area. The card is not overly damaged as it may appear on first sight - this is the braille markings which provide description to those unable to view the image.
