Concentration Camp Auschwitz Corpses of dead prisoners are all over the camp. Most of them had - died of starvation, forced labor and lack of disease control. The camp was liberated by soldiers of the Soviet Union in the First Army of the Ukrainian Front, under the command of Marshal Koniev, Poland. Date: January 27, 1945
