(14. 9 cm), Prints, Katsukawa Shunshō (Japanese, 1726?1792), In this print, the fifth Ichikawa Danjūrō strikes a serious pose and looks at his reflection in a water basin. The later handwritten inscription identifies the figure as Danjūrō VI, who died at age twenty-two in May 1799, but most likely it is Danjūrō V
