Held In Parents Poison Death -- Harlow Fraden, 23, a chemistry student, wore these expressions early today as he was arrested on homicide charges in poison deaths last August of his wealthy parents. Deaths had been classified as suicides. Fraden was implicated in a statement to police by a friend Dennis Wepman, 20.
