The Baby Marmoset Thrives In His Private Home -- The thriving baby marmoset perched on the back of it's father, while Mother (left) completely ignores her endearing offspring, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hanson at Winchmore Hill (London). Interest was aroused when a baby marmoset was born at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Hanson of Winchmore Hill (London) some weeks ago, for these animals are very rarely born in a private house. Now about 8 weeks old, the wide-eyed baby is healthy and thriving, despite the fact that it's mother has now more or less discarded it and will have nothing to do with her offspring.
