Naval Officer ''Made False Report'' -- Engineer Officer Frank Albert Luck (right), arrives for court-martial at Devonport with the escorting officer, carrying drawn sword and the defending officer. Engineer Officer Luck was found guilty of making a false report and failing to report his second discovery of brick dust in the engines of H.M. sloop Snipe, and was severely reprimanded.
