A large metal ball used for smoothing out dirt roads in the back country of Henry W. Coe State Park. It is the second largest state park in California, with over 87,000 acres of wild open spaces. The terrain of the park is rugged, varied, and beautiful, with high ridges and steep canyons, preserving a vast tract of the Diablo Range. It is located in Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties.
